Welcome to Firm Foundation Homeschool Co-op!

We are blessed that your family will be joining us! We pray this will be a great chapter in your homeschooling journey, providing not only education for your children but also community and growth in your faith as well. We are excited to serve our greater homeschool community together and look forward to the year ahead.

Below is the initial registration for your family and your children at Firm Foundation. This will get your family in our system and give us an idea of who you are, what your needs are, and how we as a community can work together to serve those needs.

Our class offerings for 2024 Fall Term will be based on what parents and community members are able to teach. If you are interested in teaching you will be contacted by a board member to discuss next steps. Finally, you will receive a notification via email when classes are ready and open for online registration now!

NURSERY CHILDREN: Please register ALL NURSERY AGED children (0-4) that will be attending nursery classes. They will be counted as a registered co-op student and you will be charged the same $35 student fee for them. Do not register younger children that will remain with you throughout the day.

1. Expectations: What does my family and children need from a coop? What do we NOT need? What do I hope for as a result of belonging to this coop? 2. Please write a "wish-list" of classes you would like to see available for your kids at FFHF? 3. In what areas are you able to volunteer this year? Parents are vital to our co-op. We cannot function without your participation each week. All parents will help out during 2 of the 3 class periods and have one period where they are able to relax and fellowship with other parents. We cannot guarantee that each volunteer will be in their preferred choice, but we will try very hard to put you where you want to be! FFHF classes are ALL parent taught, or taught by a vetted community member. If you are interested in teaching a class this term, please check one of the teaching choices below and we will be in contact with you after registration.

**All teachers will go through an additional vetting process and curriculum/class plans will be reviewed by the FFHF board for approval to ensure the curriculum agrees with Biblical principles. 5. Statement of Faith

WE BELIEVE in one God - the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit.
WE BELIEVE that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race, and that anyone who receives Christ is forgiven, adopted into God's family, and has eternal life.
WE BELIEVE the Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is active in the world, convicting people of sin, bringing life to those who repent and believe, sanctifying and empowering believers for ministry, and guiding into all truth.
WE BELIEVE the Bible is God's Word to us. It is inspired by God. It provides all we need to know about how to be saved and to live out our lives.
WE BELIEVE people are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by sin, which separates people from the God and creates a desire to please self. We believe that Christians are to continue to grow in maturity after their conversion.
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died on the Cross and was resurrected by God - and that by trusting in His death and believing in His resurrection we are restored to right relationship with God.
WE BELIEVE that God gives us free will and enables us to turn to Him for salvation, but He does not force us to do so. He wants all to be saved, but gives us the freedom to accept or reject Christ.
WE BELIEVE each person must repent, turn away from their sins and trust in Jesus as their Savior and the Leader of their lives.

Payment Instructions

Firm Foundation Homeschool Co-op will run on a 3 term basis for the 2024-2025 school year.

Registration and fee collection will be done at the beginning of each term.

FFHF 2023-24 family fee is $35 per child with a family cap of $120 PER TERM.
Fee collection will be on a CASH-only basis for Summer Term 2024. All fees go to supply needs for classes and operating costs including; garbage, cleaning supplies, nursery supplies, website fee, etc.
If your children end up registering for classes with additional supply fees, those fees will be collected on the first day of class on January 4th.
