We are very excited to be hosting a Holiday Market showcasing local homeschool students.. This event will be raising funds for our Firm Foundations Co-op, for facilities and events. Please note that this is only open to handmade items from homeschool families in either Firm Foundations Co-op or Steadfast. If you are not a member your application will be denied.

The price is $15 per table, for students ages 9+ (10am-4pm), and $5 for 5-8 year olds (shifts of either 10a-12:30p or 1:30p-4pm). We are hoping to provide each vendor with a wonderful spot to show off their items, please help share the event and spread the word. Please pay when filling out the form. We have space for 32 full day vendors, and 20 half day (10 in the morning/10 in the afternoon). All spots are first come, first serve.

Each student will have half of a 6ft table and 1 chair. Basic tablecloths are avaliable but sellers will be responsible for decorations and set up of their own products.

Each seller will be responsible for their own money, making change and taking payments.

We love seeing our students shine. There will be a co-op coffee bar and bake sale at the same time. We recommend not doing small baked goods in order to sell something that will be popular. Past events have shown that crafts (stocking, sewed goods, etc), jam, soaps and loaves of bread have sold the best.

Age Group of Vendor and Time Frame:

Students 9+ are expected to stay for the full time. Bring a sack lunch and a lunch break will be provided during the 12-1 hour as long as we have enough volunteers/parents so coordinate well. The Teen Room will be open for breaks and siblings an preparation for the afternoon shift.

Students 5-8 years old: These students do best with just a 2 hour shift. Choose either morning or afternoon. Siblings can help and fill a full day if they want to change positions.

As a fundraiser for Firm Foundation Homeschool Fellowship and our local homeschool teens we reserve the right to ensure that products for sale are compliant with local laws and our personal conduct regulations. This includes restriction on profanity, images, defamation or blasphemy. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee sales. We will do our best to publicize the event on multiple social media streams and print flyers spread throughout the area. We are hoping to bring a steady stream of holiday shoppers and will do our best to make sure every spot is the best seat in the house.
